Stage --- 01
User Research
We start first by researching the targeted users and what we are designing and the value returned. After researching, we gather information and knowledge to find the best suitable solution.
We try to find out more about the targeted users’ problems and what are they looking for and how can we resolve it for them?
We create multiple types of user personas of how our customer will look like. We bring identity, relevant quotes, information about user interests into our user personas.
We conduct interviews with stakeholders and potential users to understand what they are looking for more.

Design Systems
We design a collection of reusable components and patterns to be able to be able to create a consistent experience across the whole product

Visual Design
We implement text, colours, and images in a way that enhances our design.
Stage --- 04
Competitor Analysis
We look at your competitors’ products and designs and we gain more insight into their features, functions and flows evoked by their product. By doing so, we will be able to build even a superior product and provide a better experience to your product.
Stage --- 05
Wireframes & Prototypes
We create wireframes to be used as placeholders and to demonstrate the overall structure of the product to the stakeholders and prototypes to get the feel of the products and test the user experience and feedback.
We create diagrams to illustrate the user journey while they are interacting with the product.
Wireframes helps us to build the skeleton of the product’s structure and to detect any defects or usability problems early in the design
Prototypes help us with usability testing and allow us to refine our design more flexibly.
Mockups are an important step where we present how all the visual elements and screens would look together when we launch the app or site.

Usability Testing
We conduct usability testing to find ways to improve the products by checking how the users interact with the product
